Ingredients:

  • 400g Pasta Della Nonna Rigatoni

  • 3 table spoons of olive oil

  • 1 diced small onion

  • 2 diced shallots

  • 2 garlics cloves (stem removed)

  • 1 red/green chili

  • 1 table spoon of tomato paste

  • 3 Toulouse sausages (skin removed)

  • 1 glass of white wine

  • 200 gr of pealed peas

  • 300 ml cooking cream

  • Parmesan cheese

  • Salt & Pepper to taste
