Ingredients:

  • 400 gr Pasta Della Nonna Linguine

  • 2 Celery sticks

  • 2 Carrots

  • 2 Leeks

  • 1 Fennel Bulb

  • 3 Shallots

  • 1 Chili or half for less spicy

  • 2 Tomatoes

  • 1 Tablespoon of Tomato Paste

  • Bay leaves and bouquet garni

  • 1 Glass of white wine

  • 1 Kg of Carabineros Shrimps

  • Lime zest and Lime juice

  • Chives, Dill, Thyme and Basil

  • Olive oil

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • 100 gr of butter
